This large heritage listed property in the heart of Ballarat was originally built in the 1850’s. After many failed extension and renovation attempts over the lifespan of the home, this home was in desperate need of some TLC.

The renovations included restoring the existing building to its formal glory along with creating an additional extension which accommodated an open plan kitchen, meals and living area, bedrooms, a study and a laundry.

The purchasers were also lucky enough to be given pictures of the original home so were able to renovate the exterior of the home and return the façade to the way it was originally designed to look.
