This Heritage Listed Californian Bungalow in the schools/lake precinct of Ballarat.

Designed by Helen Hyatt, this old building has been lovingly bought back to life with the addition of a modern light filled rear extension and renovation of the existing building.

The extension makes for perfect use of the natural light achieved from its north facing position and long eaves help to create a home which is not only bright but also extremely energy efficient.
